"Back in June of 2018 my husband and I were looking at homes and scheduled a viewing.  Brittany took the time to find out our needs and wants. Unfortunately, we were denied a mortgage at this time. When we let Brittany know that homeownership was not possible at the moment she was kind and understanding, and even gave us the contact information of a mortgage broker that might be able to help.

Brittany never pushed or put us on a mailing list of potential properties that we just couldn't afford. We always felt respected and valued by Brittany.

Fast forward to October 2018, we kept Brittany's email with the contact info for the mortgage broker and reached out and were able to get pre-approved for a mortgage!!! 

Jordan and I had already agreed that if we were pre approved we would definitely be going to go with Brittany as our realtor. Once we reached out to Brittany, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Brittany took the time to find out what we wanted and set to work right away.

Being first time home buyers we had no idea where to start. We had seen some homes online and were eager to view them. As Brittany was away at the time she was still able to accommodate us and made arrangements with a coworker to meet with us for the viewings. Once Brittany was back we made some more appointments and was very patient with us and our onslaught of questions.   

Then it happened and we found our dream home! Brittany guided us through the process, updated the mortgage broker, helped us get in touch with a home inspector and even a lawyer.  Brittany made our first time home buying experience so easy, comfortable and enjoyable.

Jordan and would like to thank Brittany for her amazing work and constant hard work around the clock to help make our dream come true. Brittany will be our realtor in the future should we ever decide to leave our beautiful new home and we will definitely be recommending her to anyone we know looking to buy or sell their next home.
